Airframe Mech Maintains War Zone Helos 2 years 5 weeks Lance Cpl. Nathan Cherry, an airframe mechanic with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 466, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), works on the tail of a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter. The Lockport, N.Y., native is home based with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 464 at Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C.
