Naval Base Kitsap 1 year 37 weeks Petty Officer 2nd Class Fedrick Rapp, a military working dog handler assigned to the security department of Naval Base Kitsap, and his military working dog, Dan, search vehicles at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor as part of a Canine Narcotic Operations Course taught by the Multijurisdictional Counter-drug Task Force Training Center. The center provides tuition-free courses covering all aspects of counter-drug law enforcement and training support for community anti-drug coalitions. This courses are held at different Washington State Patrol training sites throughout the county.
