Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat Ride

U.S. Naval Sea Cadets, Nick Aker (left), 14, from Riverside, Calif., Luis Lozano (center), 14, from Highland, Calif., and Vincent Andersen, 16, from Sacramento, Calif., enjoy a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat ride off the port side of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. U.S. Naval Sea Cadets is a program funded by the Navy League and the U.S. Coast Guard for boys ages 13-18 to learn about and experience basic seamanship. Ronald Reagan is currently underway preparing for an upcoming deployment.
