Philippines Seabees Construct Schools; Build Relationships

John Mariano, builder constructionman, from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines cuts framework for concrete placement for a school project at Lanao Agricultural College. About 25 Navy Seabees are here on an eight-month deployment from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 out of Gulfport, Miss. Teams here work on a variety of different humanitarian construction projects.
