Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 28

Petty Officer 2nd Class Rathana Sims and Petty Officer 2nd Class Danny L. Shannon, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 28, repair a classroom roof at Escuela Rural Lempira during a weeklong Southern Partnership Station 2011 subject matter expert engagement. Southern Partnership Station is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Com\mand area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
