Search-and-Rescue Workers Arrive in Ofunato

Mark Plunkett, a member of the Fairfax County Search and Rescue team provides an update for team members via radio as they look for survivors in downtown Ofunato following an 8.9-magnitude earthquake, which triggered a devastating tsunami through this Japanese coastal city. Teams from the United States, United Kingdom and China are on scene to assist in searching for missing residents.
