Joe Ollerenshaw, a Korean war veteran and member of the Leatherneck Pipes & Drums, stands at attention waiting his unit's turn to step off and march in the 249th St. Patrick's Day Parade here, March 17. A contingent of more than 300 Marines, including the Quantico Marine Corps Band, ceremonial marchers from Marine Barracks Washington, active and reserve Marines and Marine Corps League members from the New York area, marched in honor of Grand Marshal Raymond W.
