Fun-in-the-Sun day

Lance Cpl. James Mcamis, an intelligence interceptor operator with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, attempts to hits a golf ball off the stern of USS Bataan, during a Fun-in-the-Sun day, March 28. The 22nd MEU, embarked aboard USS Bataan, deployed in support of Operation Unified Response after an earthquake devastated the country of Haiti, Jan. 12. Local and national government leaders, the United Nations, and non-governmental organizations took over primary responsibilities of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations within the 22nd MEU\'s area of responsibility.
