Transit Center Airmen Lend a Helping Hand

U.S. Airmen from the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, collected 8,000 COM (almost $200) and bought the Belovodsky Orphanage basic items including sugar, rice, beans, tea, clothing and other necessities, April 13. The trip was organized by humanitarian assistance director Lt. Col. Neal Linch and the Manas Area Benefit Outreach Society. Some donations were also given by Americans stateside for this and other humanitarian assistance projects in the city and surrounding areas.
