Fuel and Cargo are Transferred

Sailors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan heave line during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Pecos. MSC ships replenish U.S. Navy ships with necessary supplies while underway. Ronald Reagan is currently operating in the Western Pacific Ocean.
