Firing a round from the 60 mm mortar at Outpost Loyalty

Soldiers with 2nd Platoon, Company D, 1-102nd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, Task Force Mountain Warrior, fire a round from the 60 mm mortar at Outpost Loyalty, May 16. The Soldiers, along with soldiers of the Afghanistan national army from Forward Operating Base Kala Gush, accented more than 1,000 feet of rugged mountain terrain in order to promote security and stability in the province and conduct training operations atop the mountain.
