Sgt. Mike Stutz, a licensed practical nurse with 584th Minimal Care Detachment, reviews the patient's chart at the U.S. Army South New Horizons- Haiti 2010 Poteau medical assistance site July 30. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting various medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives. New Horizons also provides valuable learning experience in a real-world environment for our U.S. Forces.
