Port Visit

The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force JDS Yamagiri, an Asagiri-class destroyer, pulls into Angioino pier in Naples, Italy, alongside JDS Sawayki and JS Kashima for a three-day port visit a six month around-the-world training cruise. While in port, all three ships will conduct ship tours, the Japan Training Squadron Band & Shozui-Daiko band will perform a free concert in Piazza del Plebiscito, and the ship's commanders will meet with local Italian and U.S. senior military leaders.
