ANA Detain 6 Militants, Seize Weapons

Afghan national army soldiers assigned to the Sabari District in the Khost province of eastern Afghanistan seized a small weapons cache, Aug. 24, while manning a ANA checkpoint set up to filter out the flow of illegal weapons in the area. The ANA Soldiers netted a total of six rocket propelled grenades, five RPG launchers and one PKM with 200 rounds of ammunition.
