MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter delivers Supplies to USS Nimitz

An MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter, from the "Wildcards" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 23, delivers supplies to the guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson from the fast combat support ship USNS Bridgeduring a replenishment at sea. Sampson is currently underway as part of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group on a routine deployment to the region. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
