Screaming Eagle Soars on Silver Wings

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John F. Campbell, Combined Joint Task Force 101, Regional Command East commander, gives a thumbs-up after flying a mission over eastern Afghanistan Oct. 21 with U.S. Air Force Capt. Frank Fryar, 336th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron. Campbell flew with the F-15 squadron to become more familiar with the capabilities of the F-15 that provide close-air support to the 101st Airborne Soldiers serving on the ground in eastern Afghanistan.
