Ghazni PRT Surveys Afghan Prison for Potential Improvements

U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Derrik Vanlaere, an Indiana native with the Ghazni Provincial Reconstruction Team, walks through the Ghazni Prison Yard Oct. 23 where the septic tanks were overflowing with sewage that sat in the open air. The Ghazni PRT visited the prison to survey for potential projects to improve the prison.
