Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Cambodia 2010 action

Royal Cambodian Navy officers depart the guided-missile frigate USS Crommelin after opening ceremonies for the second phase of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Cambodia 2010. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
