Capsized Vessel

A Coast Guard rescue boat crew member from Station Manasquan Inlet, N.J., throws a heaving line to a man on a capsized 17-foot boat one nautical mile off of Point Pleasant, N.J., Nov. 6. The four men had on life jackets and used a marine handheld radio to notify the Coast Guard of their location.
