Gravel

Sgt. Steven Sabo, the platoon sergeant for Security Platoon, Headquarters Company, 1st Marine Division (Forward), displaces gravel around the 1st MarDiv (Fwd) Headquarters, Nov. 9. The gravel helps keep the sand and dirt on the ground during high-winds and sand storms making it more visible around the base. Sabo, 23, from New Brunswick, N.J., also plays the trombone in the 1st MarDiv(Fwd) Band.
