Red Lions Commander Transfers Squadron Colors

Lt. Col. Mark Revor, incoming commanding officer, Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 363, and Lt. Col. James Dobes, outgoing commanding officer, HMH-363, standby as Sgt. Maj.
