National Guardsmen Distribute School Supplies

Members of the Minnesota and Nevada National Guard, part of the NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan stationed at Camp Mike Spann in northern Afghanistan, handed out supplies to the Chimtal school Nov. 22. Most of the supplies came as donations from the soldiers' family and friends. The guardsmen distributed boxes of writing paper, hundreds of pencils and an assortment or small toys and candy.
