Kapisa PRT Visits Surobi

Civil engineers and a U.S. Agency for International Development representative from Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team meet with local maleks in Surobi, Afghanistan, Nov. 26. Kapisa PRT discussed the success of prior projects and the possibility of others in the future. The mission of Kapisa PRT is to help facilitate the local and national governments of Afghanistan working together to help provide for the development and security needs of the Afghan people.
