PRT Kapisa Conducts Site Visit

U.S Army Sgt. 1st Class Tyler Youngs, Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team civil military operations center operations non-commissioned officer in charge, from East Leroy, Mich., takes notes during a site survey for a possible future jail here Nov. 30. The Kapisa PR,T along with government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is looking at possible sites to build the prison which will allow GIRoA to increase rule of law in the province. The mission of Kapisa PRT is to help facilitate the local and national governments of Afghanistan working together to help provide for the development and security needs of the Afghan people.
