Your rating: None Average: 9.3 (3 votes)

International Security Assistance Force service members assemble the new Saracha Bridge, in Nangahar province, Afghanistan, Dec. 7. The downing of the bridge, due to flash flooding in late August, immediately cut off all traffic from Torkham Gate to Jalalabad. The Afghan government, Afghan national army soldiers, Afghan national police, and ISAF continue to work together to complete the bridge by the end of December.
