Guantanamo Bay steel work

Steelworker Second Class Casey John, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 28, completes welding repairs on a recreational dive platform on Phillips Beach at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. NMCB 28 is deployed to Guantanamo Bay and other Southern Command regions to complete humanitarian tasks and quality of life improvements for villages in various countries and for military families stationed at Guantanamo.
